To explore the entrepreneurial spirit in Meghalaya, we, Maruti Suzuki Innovation collaborated with IIM Calcutta Innovation Park at Prime Startup Hub. We conducted this regional idea hunt on May 15 and 16, 2023.
The jury was intrigued by the unique startups and the ideas that they presented and decided upon four startups- Le Organica, Duia Trailblazers, ScepticonIT Services Pvt. Ltd. (OiHelp) and MYeKiGAI who were rewarded with cash prizes and certificates.
The Maruti Suzuki Nurture Idea Hunts were rolled out in 3 states, with an objective to identify and acknowledge innovative startup ideas from East and Northeast India. The West Bengal and Assam edition of the program concluded in February and March respectively.
The winners from the 3 states will now battle in the Grand Finale to be held next month at the IIM Calcutta campus. Six top startups from the Grand Finale will then be selected for Maruti Suzuki Nurture Pre-Incubation program.
